We work at the nervous system level. Not affirmations, not positive thinking. Your body holds the tension - your body is where the shift happens.

Each week builds gently on the one before. There's no rush, no pressure to be anywhere but where you are. This is your pace.

Where you actually are

Understanding what's going on in your nervous system - not as a diagnosis, just as information. Knowing what's happening is the first step to changing it.

Week Two

Recognising your patterns

Starting to notice the moments that tip you over. Not to judge them - just to see them clearly. When you can see the pattern, you stop being ruled by it.

Week Three

Finding your way back

Simple regulation tools that actually work for your body. Not a one-size-fits-all prescription - your own small toolkit you can reach for when things get heavy.

Week Four

The invisible load

What you're carrying that no one else sees. Making space to name it - not to fix it immediately, but to stop pretending it doesn't weigh anything.

Week Five

Building your pace

What does "steadier" actually look like for your life? Not a perfect version of someone else's routine. Yours. Real, workable, kinder to you.

Week Six

Coming home to yourself

Bringing it together. Not an ending - a landing. You'll leave with your own regulation toolkit and a clearer sense of what you actually need.

Hi, I'm Jacqui.

I'm a Certified Practising Counsellor, and I work with overwhelmed mums who've tried the self-help circuit and still feel like they're failing at their own life. I know that feeling. I've sat in it.

I'm not a wellness influencer. I don't have a ring light and a colour-coded morning routine. What I have is a genuine ability to hold space for the mess - and the training to help you work through it at the body level, not just the thinking level.

I work with what's real. What's actually happening for you - not what you think you should be feeling. Nothing is too small, too messy or too much.
